Go to the case in the Resolution Center, select Take action and choose Ask Spandooly for help.
Although, all the messages within the Resolution Center are already monitored by the Spandooly team.
If 7 business days have passed and the issue is not resolved, either of you can ask us to step in and help.
You have up to 30 days after their purchase to ask us for help.
Once we’ve made a decision, which will normally be within 7 days, we’ll let you and the buyer know.
